- Dermatitis is aggravated by dehumidified air. Putting a humidifier next to your bed during winter months will help to balance the drying effects of your home’s heating systems.

 

- Massage helps enhance your heath because touch stimulates your immune system. Massage also improves circulation which helps oxygen and nutrients travel to your muscles where they are converted to energy!

 

- Warm baths help improve your health by tricking your body into believing it has a fever, thus your immune system is stimulated!
