- Eugenol which is a denaturant, fragrance ingredient, masking, and tonic component is rated as having a high hazard of cancer, FDA violations, restrictions and warnings. It can be found in fragrance for women, hair color and bleaching, moisturizer, fragrance for men, lip gloss, facial moisturizer / treatment, anti-aging, styling gel / lotion, body wash / cleanser and aftershave.
